This was my first cruise and I totally enjoyed myself. The food was excellent, service impeccable, and staff experienced and professional in every way. There are several restaurants available, cooking demonstrations, and entertainment during dinner in the Gatsby Dining Room. The menu varies every day and dinner is always a fine dining experience with several choices for appetizer, main course selections, and desserts. The wine list is extensive with a nice variety of reds, whites, rose, and champagne. My room, a Grand Suite, was top notch, well-layed out, and offered upgraded amenities and treats which were well-received. My concierge, Carlington, was most attentive and scheduled me for special tours of the galley and bridge as well as scoring me a seat at the Captain's Table for a fine dining experience. Arrival and departure procedures were effortless for me and well-organized for easy access and egress. As a single traveler, I would certainly choose Royal Caribbean again and plan a re-sail with them in a few months.
