We have always raved to friends about NCL. This cruise was totally different. One problem after another. First problem understandable but then it just continued. Missed several ports. Problem with gangway because of the tide. One would think that they should know information on the tide. Lines at Guest Services were always long because of the many issues. Guest Services seems to always need to check with Miami before an issue can be resolved. This is very poor customer service. Waited to board an excursion for over an hour and a half. We wound up cancelling it because our number was #31 and they were only on #18. Communication was poor.

Many first timers we met said they would never take another NCL cruise again. Totally understandable and we are Platinum level. It seems that NCL really needs to do more with regard to communication and taking care of its customers.

What was supposed to be a special 60th birthday celebration cruise turned into a very upsetting ordeal.
