Everywhere we went there was noise and music all the time. The only place we could find peace and quiet was in our cabin. We booked a trip to Europe and everything was "American" on the ship. I felt like we were in the USA. Breakfasts were terrible - fast food. Hot food was ice cold. We thought we could have a leisurely breakfast in the dining room during sea days but it closed at 9:00 am. The only excursion we took was terrible and it was cut short so the driver drove around in circles at the end. Internet prices unrealistic. We booked the cruise after seeing an add in our local paper and it seemed like it was a good price...not so sure now. Problems with plumbing in bathroom twice. Handle on shower broke and we could not turn the water off. Bed very uncomfortable. Our room steward was excellent. Dining room staff very attentive.

Port Reviews

Toulon

We went on the small group tour to Aix-en-Provence. The guide was not interested in the group nor was she interesting. She cut the excursion short and we drove around in circles at the end to kill time.
