At the outset, let me thank Royal Caribbean for making our first ever sail in “Voyages of the Sea” a memorable and a tremendous experience to my family.
Contradicting to our expectations, the process of embarkation was so smooth that within 30 minutes we entered the staterooms. We booked two cabins of which one was with balcony on deck 7. The rooms were so cute, adequately furnished with enough storage spaces and very comfortable beds providing the ambiance of a high class hotel room. The toilet and the shower cabin were so neat and tidy. The most fascinating thing was that every time we re-entered the cabin after day long fun, the bed and linens were surprisingly made-up spic and span, sparkling white. The towels animated to elephant and rabbit resting on the bed enthralled my granddaughter every time, thanks to the room attendant’s creative sense.
The restaurant “Windjammer” was synonymous with affluence of luxurious food all the time with amazing variety stuffs offering a rare dining experience. Being South Indians, it was a great pleasure to savor the rice porridge and dal fry in the night. The attention and care rendered by each and every crew members was professional and exemplary. The concern to maintain hygiene in the restaurant is well appreciated.
