We were looking forward to one of the large ships when we booked the Allure of the Seas. I was disappointed in the fact that you had to make reservations for all of the shows on the first day or they would be all booked and you would have to stand for a long time in stand-by and still not get to see a show. I was also very disappointed in the "Reserved for Star Class Members" on the very best seats in the house of every show. Several people we spoke with agreed that it made everyone else feel like second class citizens! Other complaints are that the food was just average to poor and did not like that the only news channel on the television was liberal CNN. Watch out when buying from the vendors at the port. I was ripped off by slight-of-hand from one of them. We did have a wonderful waitress in the dining room, Minika from Jamaica, and the luggage valet service that gave you your airline boarding pass and had your luggage checked onto the plane was very nice. It let us tour Miami for the day without worrying about our bags. I do think overall I will have to think twice before booking with Royal Car. again.
