We planned this cruise over a year ago. It was our first on Oasis of the Seas, but have done Allure twice including April of this year. We had a few minor issues, but could have been easily remedy but Royal balked. We did not purchase the drink package since my wife and I are not big drinkers. We did order several drinks which were served WITHOUT alcohol!! It seems that in the last few years, RCC has started to nickel and dime its passengers for minor things that eventually add up to a major PAIN!! The major production show was cancelled due to performers being ill, not RCC's fault. When I finally realized that the only way I could check in for my airline flight would be to purchase internet and approached guest services to see if something could be done. I am appalled that RCC would not offer a credit for the internet in lieu of our problems. Not a big amount in terms of money, less than $10, but it was more of "sorry that is our policy". We will be looking at different cruise lines closer after this experience. BTW this was our 7th cruise on RCC.

Central Park View Stateroom

Cabin CV

We had similar rooms on the Allure. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Our attendant did a wonderful job and was very attentive.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Enjoyed the local culture, shopping and self guided tours.

Labadee

A great day at the beach. Make sure you get a spot on the beach early. Water around beaches are rocky.
