Was not happy with the drinks always running out for the sodas, the pizza was soggy at Sorrento's the Nassau excursion called Essentials of Nassau was the worst excursion I have ever been on and was not worth the money we paid for it, when I wanted a 50% refund I only got 25%, the food in the windjammer was cold and not very tasty at all. the female bathrooms on the pool deck were not flushing right and my wife told some one about it they were not at all in a hurry to fix it. I have taken other cruises and were very pleased with them but not this one. I will say that the Bars were great and we enjoyed our selves at the pool bars, the shopping on board was awesome with great deals especially the liqueur, and watch sale. I collect Invicta watches and loved the selection, I plan on using Royal Caribbean again but not this cruise, I hope they actually read these reviews and take steps to repair the bad ratings
