Went on a special group cruise and most of the ship staff was not friendly and or professional. Total disappointment! The first room had bed bugs. Second room had plumbing problems. Management was not customer service driven. Multiple staff members were rude and or disrespectful. Missed shore excursions due to being stuck dealing with guest relations telling me what can't do. I was disappointed by my overall experience with this ship. I spent 2 of my 3 days inconvenienced and unable to carry out my intentional plans. My guests and I were not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the ship. This is not a ship I would recommend to anyone looking to have a pleasant traveling experience. Their customer service needs to be put on the top of the list for training and professional development as they are lacking tremendously in this key area of service. The ship and attitudes of many of their staff need and update.
