Embarkation was to say the least chaotic, headless chickens come into mind.
However we got on board and started our holiday. Have cruised before and this was the worst, not bad however and had we not cruised before our expectations may not have been so high.
Layout of ship is weird, if you dine in the Waldorf restaurant, we had no choice, you have to go past restaurant level, onto floor 9, and then back down to floor 8, not good for the less agile diners, or wheelchair users.
