Port Liberty was well organized and staff helped usher people along well, including the parking garage. Staff on board were eager to serve and truly wanted us to have a great time. The food was very good and they accommodated gluten free requests without hesitation. The ship was clean and the staterooms were configured well (you could slide your suitcase under the bed too). The entertainment staff did a fantastic job! Truly talented and enthusiastic. We looked forward to seeing our dining staff every night; Alwyn, Marko, Tirta, and Patrick took care of all our needs with a smile and great service. Thank you all!

The excursions were well organized however our "hike" on the Rail Trail barely was a saunter. Staff were very nice however we didn't cover very much ground.

Overall our party of eight had a great time and the staff made us feel important and respected. The special dining, while nice to be away from the main dining room, was not worth the up-charge as the food was great everywhere on the ship. Read more
