Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

We chose this trip due to it leaving Boston, and its easy of travel for my disabled aunt. Although it was a nice trip, and there were a number of activities and entertainment options, this trip left much to be desired. I have traveled a number of different lines, the staff on this line left something to be desired.

Housekeeping was wonderful, but the rest of the staff treated passengers as an inconvenience, rather than, as paying quests. Customer Service was always understaffed, they never seemed to have answers to any question, nor did ever offer to find out the answer, or offer to get someone else to assist. Also, the excursions and reservation desks had awful hours.

Ship cleanliness was mediocre, floors were often sticky, and you would find discarded glasses and dinner ware around the ship. Other lines, all staff take responsibility for the entire ship and its cleanliness, I did not see that here.
