This was our first important Cruise, this is what we thought anyway, and it did not fulfill our expectations. Firstly it was for us to much time of navigation and little time to explore the port cities. In other words, the Shore Excursions were two short, besides that the ones we made in Stockholm, Tallin and Saint Petersburg left very much to be desired. Mainly they were too short and the Tour Guides showed poor qualification and interest. Other than that, we found the Serenade of the Sea is very comfortable, well decorated and clean. The cabin has a good size and the service was good. In general the entire service onboard was excellent. Dining was fo us more than enough and well cooked. As previously mentioned on this survey the Ports and Shore excursions were for us insufficient. After traveling in the past 20 years all over the World this Crise was for us a test and we have learned from it.
