The staff were all very friendly, though the ship is a bit older and needs a makeover in some areas. We loved dinner because our serving staff was so friendly and remembered us and details we told them. The menu also had enough variety every night to be interesting and deluxe.
We were dismayed by some of the entertainment. We love shows and thought the shows need some revamping. The style was 70's with generally unfamiliar music to the audience and very, very strange costumes and choreography. What was going on? Get something more popular that people would like because the audience wasn't too into the show. Strange tilted piano props just made no sense- this is not the time to be avant garde or artsy, this should be very engaging and fun for the audience.
What was lacking on board was made up on shore. Our excursions were wonderful with very attentive and engaging staff. We went horseback riding in Jamaica, and especially loved Dunn's Falls though it was very commercialized. In Grand Cayman we went snorkeling- great for any level of swimmer.
