We chose this cruise because of it's location and destination. It was an Anniversary/Birthday event. We also thought that it was a reputable cruise line.

The steward was the only real bright spot. 30 % crew was nice 40 % marking time 30% rude. (don't like Americans?) Aft deck bartender was terrible didn't know how to make the drinks in her menu. Refused to get coffee for an Irish coffee. Berated a waitress in front of passengers for no reason. WE ere tricked into a sham wow style presentation on Jewelry. We thought we were going to a seminar to learn about the points of interest sights and shops at the towns we visited. Instead it was all about ten diamonds and other jewelry.

Who goes to Alaska to buy a Diamond? I think that is what reputable companies do like Ben Bridge. No Sing's alaskan Diamond shop. We walked out on the sham wow kid.
