Overall I was disappointed with the service we received. From everything I had heard and read I was expecting better service. I felt you are constantly nickel and dimed. we also had an unfortunate incident, we paid for the special coffee card, planning on having cappochino coffees through out the week. First day at sea we had our first cup. Terrible, 3 times they tried to remake it. When we asked for a refund, they told us it was non refundable. No where on the card or the ad for it, did it state that. It took over 24 hours before they refunded us part of the monies for the card. We had to pay for the 2 cups of unacceptable coffee. Throughout the cruise, we were constantly approached to buy something. I felt like I was on a Carnival cruise. On a positive note, the entertainment was very good, they had excellent speakers.

Balcony

Cabin B1

It was a little tight. There was enough storage space, but the bathroom was very small

Port Reviews

Whittier

We arrived very late from the land portion of the tour. It was raining and very foggy.

Glacier Bay

Absolutely beautiful. The nature speaker Mark was wonderful. We were able to get very close to one of the glaciers.

Juneau

It was raining and very windy. We went on our own and took the tram up the mountain, but due to the rain, could not hike back down.

Ketchikan

Rained most of the day. Walked around the town.
