This is a great ship the cabins are nice and it is very clean. But the food and service needs improvement, the service was bad and slow and the food is not very good. The Shore Excursions are the worst not worth the money and not organized at all. You spend more time on the ship waiting for your excursion to start and then they are cut short because you are out of time. Also you have no time left to see anything else when on shore. This was a big problem with our trip and the staff did not care about our issues. I had spent my vacation time trying to talk with Excursion Supervisor and never received any follow up. The excursions are not worth the time or money. Plan your own time on shore or work with other outside company not the ship. We were very disappointed.
