Carnival Liberty Cruise Review by jackieo34
- Sail Date: May 2017
- Destination: Bahamas
- Cabin Type: Balcony
Food was good. The breakfast buffet was average. Use the omelet station if you can. Make sure you check where you dine and when. We got confused the first night. Guy's Burger Joint was good but there was always a line. Pizza was good. We didn't try the Mexican.
The ship was well laid out. We were on Deck 8. We could hear the noise from Deck 9 (Lido Deck) when we were on the balcony but not in the room. We had good storage. Bed was a little hard but we slept well. The bathroom is small but I think that's the standard.
We caught some shows, comedy, Rock show, etc. Bands were everywhere. We enjoyed the band in the Casino and the Violinists in the lobby. Our cabin steward was very friendly. The bartenders were not very warm.
We enjoyed the day trip to Nassau. Junkanoo Beach was not bad. It's small but it's close to the ship, so an easy walk. You can get drinks and rent chairs on the beach.
This cruise had all kinds of people, families, friends, all ages. We are already planning our next trip next year.

NassauEnjoyable port for the day. Junkanoo Beach was crowded but free and a close walk to and from the Ship. They will hound you to buy at the Straw Market. We found plenty of gift shops along Bay St.View All 5,916 Nassau Cruise Port Reviews
