We always cruised with royal Caribbean but did the haven on Norwegian the last two cruises. This ship had horrible entertainment and almost no activities of interest. The main pool area is so small that if I weren't in the haven we would have been miserable. The rest of the ship is very nice as well as the staff but we had nothing to do. We went to music trivia one day and they played 10 songs and played a minute into each song making it far from difficult and the person running it seemed less then interested in trying to make it fun. We did two shows both of which were horrible. They had the same shows all week. If you are looking for something other then the casino to occupy your time forget it. The other real kick in the butt was their new island harvest caye. Nice island with rough sand. They feed you nothing and you have to pay for all food and drinks whether you have a drink pass or not. They charge you for clam shells for sun protection that only face into the sun so are useless. They only have a few scattered umbrellas so forget about being comfortable at the beach. What you get it a nice room, friendly service, good food and ports of call. That is about it. Entertainment and finding a place to sit by a postage size pool is on you. I rated embarkation with high scores because being haven quest we were escorted to our room.

Cabin was nice and clean

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Charge you for everything. They serve no food and even if you have a drink pass you have to pay for all drinks. Limited shade and they charge for clam shells that face into the sun so you have NO sun protection unless you find a palm tree which there aren't many. The sand is to rough to walk on without shoes which was disappointing. The island is nice but with then charging for EVERYTHING including shade I won't go back
