Just wanted a nice weekend getaway. Arrived at time and place indicated on boarding paperwork. Extremely long walk to first boarding area to get a number to be called to the check in area which was in another part of the convention center. It was again another long walk. Once receiving your room key was directed out side and back towards the first room then down stair to a larger room. No signage to where to go. ( three different ships in port and three lines ) After finding proper line had to stand in line for about 20 minutes to clear security check point. After check point stood line 15 minutes to clear US Customs ( in Canada ) Total time to check in 75 minutes. Total steps according to fit-bit 5,200. If your in shape not a problem. There was no where for the older people we saw with mobility problems to sit.

Had purchased transfers from ship to airport. Did not receive them as normally done. Went to tour desk who issues them and was told they did not offer transfers on this trip and that we should go to customer service at front desk for refund. Contacted front desk and was told that we should have already gotten or transfers from our room attendant. Was told they where to busy to assist us and to come back after 8pm. Went back and stood in line for approximately 30 minutes. Staff didn't understand what we needed after another 10 minutes they went in the back for about 10 minutes and returned with our transfers. ( missed out on several activities )

Ship was schedules to leave port at 5pm. Was informed at 5 pm they were not leaving until after 8pm because they were conducting routine maintinace. Left at about 8:15 pm pm.
