Disney Dream at Castaway Cay

This was our 2nd time on the Disney Dream and it was just as good as the 1st cruise 2.5 years ago. The service is excellent and DCL doesn't nickel & dime you to death like other cruise lines do. We had no problems at embarkation or disembarking. Our cabin was plenty big enough and the split bathrooms are great when getting ready for dinner. The verandah was a nice change of pace to relax while free room service brings an adult beverage. And where else but Disney do you have a fireworks show on pirate night? The rotational dining allows you to experience all 3 restaurants and the different menus. Assigned dining seating lets you get to know your hosts and them you as well. The Broadway style shows are top notch and you will have access to movies as they are released in the Walt Disney Theater. We were 4 adults with no kids and while Disney is known for plenty of family/kid activities, there is plenty for adults only. There is an adult only pool and the adult only beach on the private island, Castaway Cay, is absolutely perfect! We can't wait to take our next cruise on DCL.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 05C

Good size. Split bathrooms are great for two adults getting ready at the same time. Nice verandah to relax on. Top notch room steward that kept the room immaculate and great towel animals each night as well!
