We have cruised a lot but this was our 1st river cruise and could not have been more happy. Ship was beautiful, crew was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. 3 days in Paris 1st and Franz our guide was great. All the transfers went smoothly and it was first class service all the way. Love the design of the balcony cabins, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The Chef prepared delicious dinners and the guest Chef Fabien dinner was a nice surprise. Our cruise director Jana kept us entertained and there was plenty to do on the boat and off. Enjoyed the bikes on board and had fun biking in the south of France. Local guides were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed all the included tours. For us, having an English speaking crew was very helpful and all the employees were friendly and very efficient. We are already planning our next Emerald cruise! ⚓️
