For our first trip to Europe we chose this cruise due to the many stops at places we wanted to see - Barcelona, Cannes, Rome, Amalfi Coast, Sicily and finally, Venice. The tours were outstanding with fun and knowledgeable guides. Loved the Taste of Sorrento on a family farm where they made olive oil, homemade mozzarella and limonchello - unexpected treat. the Provence excursion tour was another unexpected hit - loved seeing the countryside and small towns of this beautiful area - and we still had time to relax on the beach in Cannes. We hit the hot spots for tourists (Pompeii and the Roman wonders) but also had time to relax and enjoy incredible coastal views along the way. The staff were exceptional, as always, and never missed an opportunity to make sure our needs were met. Great experiences, although Royal Caribbean's new policy to charge for room service during the day felt like 'nickle-diming' us after paying for an upgraded stateroom.

Our fifth cruise and first time with a back balcony - we hesitated but the extra room was spectacular and we would book this style and location again. Our own two lounge chairs plus and outdoor dining table and chairs were wonderful. We even entertained new friends on the balcony one evening..
