Great staff and entertainment, that offered a nice variety of food. However, the cruise ship was poorly managed. The cruise ship had limited Air Conditioning on their entire vessel. The Casino, public bathrooms and cabin rooms were unbearably warm with no air movement, in spite of portable fans in the casino. The bathrooms smelled horrible due to the lack of air conditioning nor air movement. We, along with all the guests we met, complained for multiple days. It was explained to us that the air conditioning has been broken for 2 weeks and they were waiting on repairs!
We bought an unlimited beverage package but for 2 days straight the bar ran out of items. For instance, by noon on the second day of cruise, they were out of Vodka and Strawberry Daiquiris. We experienced long wait times for beverages if you go up to the bar, but better than 30+ min waiting from cocktail waiters at the pool. There were only 2 bars open during the day, with only one that served any frozen drinks.
We hope Royal Caribbean truly appreciates how hard their staff worked to make our cruise great in spite of all the issues with poor management!
