Service was excellent but the staff is stretched to the limit

food was mediocre - what used to be formal night fare was now to be paid extra for and the quality of the food was far below the usual for RCCL

it seems that the higher quality is reserved for the larger ships

entertainment the same thing - the better acts are sent to the larger ships

here they had a bubble blower " PLEASE"  a juggler etc really not much

The diamond lounge was the size of a postage stamp, too small and always ran out of room for members - the barkeeper  in the diamond lounge "Sagar" was terrific but again short staffed

when a question was asked of the  loyalty manager an answer was either Promised the same day or perhaps the next day - we are still waiting for an answer.cabin staff was great

a note about disembarkation in Russia - even though private reputable tours were booked Most of the passengers booked excursions with RCCL and staff REFUSED to let private tour passengers off the ship until all the RCCL excursion passenger had disembarked meaning about 80 to 85% of passengers  the rest were told to wait on the stair case until all RCCL excursions had disembarked ergo making private tours
