Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was our fourth cruise all with Royal Caribbean, the Anthem is a beautiful ship, loved our balcony stateroom and our attendant was fantastic, ripcord was fun as well as the bumper cars, shows were good (except spectra cabaret not my style). I feel 4,200 people is just to many for this ship and it showed in the main dinning and windjammer areas. In the wind jammer you were constantly bumping into people and the food was always cold, In the main dinning (Chic), the first night we expected a table for two and were seated with six and when you order your prime rib medium rare you expect to see some pink meat NOT GREY MEAT, we just didn't receive the same quality service and food as in prior cruises, Chops, Jamies and Michaels Pub were very good and the waiters were excellent. I felt like I was being nickel and dimed to death, a beer for $7.25 okay but add another $1.31 for a service charge? C'mon!! Great time in St Maarten (Maho beach), Bermuda (Horseshoe Bay), San Juan and Labadee. We had another cruise booked on the Anthem for 11/2018 we cancelled when we got home.
