First time cruising on NCL. Have cruised on Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity before. Choose this cruise for the drink package and newer ship. Embankment was easy and waited about a half hour to board the ship. The ship is very nice! Had a balcony cabin midship on dec 12. Very nice cabin and bathroom. Only complaint would be its hard to get into the closet with the couch in the way. Bed was comfortable.

The food was very good in all areas. Ate lunch at the buffet most days. Food was adequate. Had breakfast at Taste and Savor every morning. The food was very good and never a wait. We ate three nights in specialty restaurants. Food was very good in Mederno and La Cucina. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice. Highly recommend both places. We ate the rest of our dinners in Taste and Savor and it was very good as well. We never had to wait to be seated. Service was good. Also ate at O' Sheenan's for lunch and snacks and very good. The drink package was great. Only place drinks were not good was in the pool area. If you got a pina colada or margarita they are pre made and not much liquor in them. We went to most all of the bars on board and all fun.

The comedians and dueling pianos were very good. Saw comedy shows three nights especially like Gary C. Did not go to the big shows or do many things on dec 6. We traveled with two sons 18 and 22 and they enjoyed the cruise as much as we did.
