Wanted to cruise to Europe instead of flying.Sounded a lot of fun to get to Europe this way. More relaxed and entertaining.Serenade of the Seas is an old ship.need refurbishing urgently!!!! I will not book it again until it is.

The cabin was small, the furniture frayed, the glass in the balcony always dirty, the shower had mold. The social areas were OK but not up to RCI standards. The floors were we danced frequently dirty so very difficult to dance... you got glued to the floor!

The food in my timind great. the Windjamer satisfactory same goes for the Park Cafe.. Our waiter, Wilmer excellent, assistant waiter Jack ,hostess Rodi, suprevisor Dhanish and steward Peter all very good.
