We had MANY issues on this cruise. It started when we pulled up to the port and were told to come back in two hours, that the dock area was over capacity. It was noon, so we had to find somewhere to spend the next two hours and returned at 2:00. Apparently they were late in beginning boarding and MANY passengers were turned away and told to come back.

Our group had a total of 6 cabins. Of those cabins, 4 of them were not air conditioned the first night (and they were inside cabins so were unbearably hot). Three of the four cabins got air conditioning the next day, the fourth cabin was without air conditioning for two more days.

One of our cabins had a layer of black soot all over it.

Our cabin attendant was very good, the best we're ever had. Unfortunately, the ship is another story.
