Bermuda sunset

Cruised from Boston to Bermuda. My 5th Norwegian, her 1st. A great trip for sure. Only negative was that mother nature sent an Atlantic storm our way forcing the captain to hug the coast line to near Delaware causing us to loose 1 day in Bermuda (can't fool mother nature.)

Trip was wonderful.....great food in main dining rooms and complimentary Bamboo restaurant. Room attendant was top-notch (thank you Dewey). Over-all service was first rate. Open dining does not always get you the same waiter, but Rosana in Aqua was outstanding with a great personality,,,,made our dinner very relaxing and fun. In Venetian, Nestain and partner Russell were in their first full week as wait staff....they were fun and efficient (but a little nervous). Maitre D in Venetian was a bit of a stuffed shirt as we complimented Nestain to him and he didn't let Nestain know that we did.

Entertainment was absolutely fantastic....Jose and Patti were the best...played and sang daily with incredible repertoire....kept us dancing all night. Also Sonata was another group who also kept us dancing with a great variety and range of music. Shows were fantastic with high energy dancing and singing. An acrobatic act and magician were awesome. Never a dull moment. Shore excursion...Hidden Gems was the best (see review on Trip Advisor). Also Bermuda triangle evening cruise gave a great view of shipwreck and undersea life in glass bottom boat. Will definitely cruise Norwegian again...hello Alaska.

Cabin Review

Small interior....but worked out well as we didn't spend much time in it. Bad weather on trip down would not have made a balcony worth the extra.
