Nice ship but very overcrowded when full. No beds at the pool, no seats in the bars, long wait for a table at dinner. Having to stand at the bar trying to catch the bar mans attention to get served. They ran out of some cocktails and steak at dinner. Too many passengers for the seating available in the bars on the evening. We gave up and went to bed!

It was like a Booz cruise and not a luxury cruise. Full of hen parties, and large groups celebrating. No waiter service at the pool, just go to the bar and try to get served by three bar men working flat out trying to serve everyone. Just too many people. Should be sold as this type of cruise, then we wouldn't have gone on it! Absolutely nowhere to sit and have a drink after dinner as every seat and table where taken.

No champagne in room (Conceirge class). Huge line to get off ship. It felt like you had to fight to get any service. Couldn't even get a copy of our onboard charges as they weren't working on screen in room and requested paper copy never arrived.

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Small but nice and clean. Not worth the extra charge for Concierge.
