The service in general was mediocre. The personnel was mostly aloof and busy with their own problems. Some servants spoke with each other in their native languages. I did not feel really comfortable. Entertainment program was poor, except the Orchestra and a couple of invited singers. One part was wonderful - the ports we had visited (Copenhagen, Oslo, Rostok, Tallinn, Petersburg, Helsinki and Stockholm.

I had a problem in the International Cafe. My prepaid card was invalid. However the manager solved the problem with great professionalism.
