Please see the horror story at the end of this:
First the good: The staff is gracious, smiling, considerate and expert. Our room was quickly made up & kept up, the waiters took personal note of our preferences, for example: at dinner green tea was waiting each evening for me. We felt welcome. R/C is to be complimented!
The best place to eat is in the large and generous Winjammer buffet which offers just about anything one could desire for breakfast & lunch. The dining room is another story: certainly no feast, portions were the smallest we've seen in 15 cruises, and the menus condensed with repetitive selections. This may have a lot to do with feeding a mass of 3,500 passengers.
