We have been on many Royal Caribbean cruises and wanted to try out one of their mega-ships. We found the crew to be very friendly and helpful. My husband had knee surgery recently. A friend of ours that took the cruise in February suggested that he should rent a scooter as there is a lot of walking required. We are glad we took her advice. The staff and our fellow cruise passengers were very polite about the scooter, especially in crowded elevators. The food was plentiful and delicious. We did not go to any of the specialty restaurants. Since we have sailed on many cruises, we are now members of the Diamond Club and enjoy the perks that come with that. We did not go on any shore escursions as we have been to those ports before. Our fellow passengers seemed to enjoy their ones. The trivia games, however, should be conducted in a different lounge. The Schooner bar is a little too close to the Promenade deck and there is a lot of background noice to deal with. Entertainment was great, especially the ABBA tribute. The movies being shown were more suitable for children.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Bed was very comfortable. Liked that shower now has a glass door. Could have used a few more drawers to put clothes away but it was sufficient enough for a 7 day cruise.
