We chose this particular cruise as it took us to a different location and fit our vacation schedule. We have been on many cruises on other cruise lines but not Royal Caribbean Lines. We had heard that the service was incredible and that the food was fantastic.

Getting on board was simple and quick. The staff upon check-in were friendly and welcoming.

We were anxious for the dining experience and chose a 5:30pm seating. When we arrived at the dining room, we found the staff to be confused and disorganized. The cruise guests were also confused and frustrated as we waited in long lines to be seated. Read more
