.We have been on more than 20 Celebrity cruises, but this was our first cruise on Celbrity Solstice. We wanted to see Hawaii, as well as enjoy a repositioning cruises. We have always enjoyed the evening's entertainment, especially the production shows, but not this time. The production shows were the worst we have ever seen on a Celebrity cruise.

The food was fine, but if you want something from the grill, you have to walk outside, half the distance of the ship. This you have to do in the wind and cold and hope you get back to your table with warm food and everyone else already not done eating.

On the positive side, the captain was outstanding, on the bridge keeping our sailing safe and comfortable , giving a talk on the building of the Solstice, and a member of the "Liar's Club".
