5th time Carnival cruiser, probably our favorite ship and cruise, I highly recommend the Dream.

The following is in no particular order.

Really liked the layout of the Dream and how the promenade deck flowed. I don’t know what the condition of the ship was in before the refurb, but my impression was that it was in fine shape. The crew seemed well organized and they were constantly cleaning and maintaining the ship, as it is on all carnival cruises I have been on. The morning is a good time to see the crew drain/clean the pool, people mopping the decks, cleaning windows, etc…. Crew always courteous to guests. One lady that works the Lido deck breakfast is really friendly and greets everyone with a generous hello, liked her a lot.

Cabin Review

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8N

Aft balcony #8468, great room! So glad we booked it. Even though it is an aft-room, the balcony is ‘wider’ than most, so we have ample space for a lounge chair and two regular chairs, plus a small table. Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view and weather. Only negative was the temp control was broken, it was constantly freezing with no reprieve on getting it fixed, something I was willing to overlook.
