It was a amazing time. The weather was great in April. Let me start with the customer service. I purchased the Faster to Fun pass which was amazing. We boarded and disembarked early and went pass many lines which made the trip stress free. I was able to bypass long lines for customer service on the ship because of that pass. Worth the money. Every employee on board was friendly. We dined only one night out of four but the dining was amazing. We enjoyed the cruise director "Monkey". He was everywhere and so fun!

I had a problem with my credit card so I went to customer service line where I stood behind 2 people as opposed to 20 people because of the Faster to Fun pass. The customer service rep noted that I was a mom with 2 kids paying so she took a large amount off my bill for gratuites. Wow! Boy, was I thankful!

We enjoyed Guy's Burgers so much as well as the Seafood market onboard! My kids love the ice cream machines and the nightly movies. I enjoyed watching the NCAA game on the big screen. Go Tarheels! Read more
