We chose this cruise because we had dreamed of spending our 30th anniversary in Hawaii. Never having been there we really didn't know which islands we would like to visit. This cruise gave us the opportunity to visit several islands and see the different cultures at each location. The ship was a comfortable size in that it's neither too big or small. We were able to see some of the same people over and over again and begin friendships. The crew was great. Everyone we had any kind of dealings with were friendly and helpful. Our room was well attended. We did have trouble with theh heating system in our room. That wasn't an issue while cruising around Hawaii, but when we started on our way to Canada and the temps. dropped considerably, it was a real problem for us. Maintenance was able to get it partially working but we never did feel really warm and cozy in our room. The dining room staff was wonderful and spoiled us royally, but isn't that one of the reasons that cruising is the perfect vacation.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

The cabin itself was like other Grand Suites we've been in. Our cabin steward kept it very neat and clean. Our only complaint was that the heating went out on the way to Canada and the temperatures were in the 50's. We called maintenance and they were able to get it partially working but we never really did have a warm room.
