I thought this was the worst cruise ever my first and last time with Norweigen! It in the U.K. We question up to get off the ship in a 4 hour line. The officers hid and there were no announcements about what was happening. You had to go through customs even if you weren't getting off the ship. My friend who was handicapped had to wait in the 4 hour line this was much arguing and fighting with no one controlling the situation. Surges in the crowd it was clearly close to a riot. No staff around very unsafe conditions! In Brest France they didn't calculate the tide and had one small unstable gangplank for 3800 people. They literally had to carry elderly on board in wheelchairs one by one and carry people up the one person at a time gangplank I saw one elderly women fall down in the 2 hour line to get back on. Elderly were made to walk 3 football fields length to get back on the ship. In the United States this would be elder abuse. No one controlled the crowd. Very unsafe. I would never go on any Norweign cruise without checking whether the ship had docked there before. Cancelled my Spain cruise with them I was going to stay on to do the Baltics but ran off the ship in Copenhagen.
The servers, bar and all other personnel were so nice and efficient. The food was great and the lines were long. I fault this captain and the officers for not controlling the riotous behavior they hid the entire trip. Next we had a propulsion problem and had to miss Brussels. Also we missed the Azores. We had a saying nan. Never again Norweigen the ship is too big to acclimate all. Also the internet didn't work at all you would have to stand in hour and half long line everyday to get credit and get your minutes back. It was very annoying. I saw a Norweign security person get into a fight with the operator in Rotterdam. This was a bad trip and I'm going back to the smaller ships
Great cabin don't forget to put your card in the slot next to the door to turn everything on
Very clean cabins
