Our favorite destination and was our favorite cruise line until this last one (8 total to Alaska) Seattle port ADA Wheelchair assist was not available at baggage drop off, even though we confirmed days ahead this service would be available to take my husband to check in. - Very long walk with walker and O2 equipment, as well as, poor signage to the new location for check-in. -Computer check-in problems added to the frustration. -The speciality restaurants (Moderno over done meats; Cagney's filet Med-rare too chewy; LaCucina Osobucco tender but very very salty) Lamb chops were great when offered. Sheenagens had the most variety on menus but 24/7 did not seem to be the case. -These locations in the past have been wonderful. Service in all locations are still superb. -Stateroom has 110 outlets, but main areas of the ship does not for recharging batteries and/or running the oxygen concentrator. -New White LED lights on main stage were aimed at audience were blinding, wish these were from sound booth aimed down to stage. - Nothing spectacular about costumes or performance by main show entertainers. Choreography too repetitive in both shows I saw. The one Aft elevator designated for ADA guest to use to get to deck 6, Summer Palace main dining would not go to upper decks to pick up guests if it was on Deck 6 and not in use at the time. A companion had to catch one of the other Aft elevators down to Deck 7, walk the stairs down to Deck 6, then send the elevator to an upper deck to pick up the ADA guest.
