This was my 2nd cruise and my 2nd time being completely satisfied with Carnival. The staff are overly devoted to our satisfaction. The food was very satisfying. WE had several choices for food and it was all GOOD. Guy's hamburgers was my favorite, next to the fancy eating. We forgot about the brunch on first sea day, kinda bummed about that. We remembered next sea day. And learned they have brunch on last day (home port). Always get there early for the brunch, there is a line. The activities and entertainment is more than I expected. Like they say, you can do as little or as much as you want. I already have another cruise booked for October, this time with family. I plan to be a frequent Carnival cruiser.

Serenity was our favorite spot, they just need music in that area. We really enjoyed all the deck parties and deck activities. Next time we will participate in the challenges. Cabins are for sleeping and changing. We had 3 ladies in an inside stateroom and we had plenty of space for changing, and putting on make up. We liked all the mirrors, we each could use one at the same time. Get the Cheers program people. It was so nice to get up in the morning and enjoy unlimited lattes, cappuccinos and to try any pretty drink we saw. We are not totally heavy drinkers, but we like to switch it up. One specialty coffee, bottle water, soda and maybe 3 alcoholic drinks paid for itself. That's not counting the brunch mimosas, extra drinks for late partying. The first night 3 drinks totaled $32.00 on 3 drinks. you pay $49.95 a day for the ease of drinking what you want, specialty coffees, sodas, bottle waters (which we used for port days) and pretty drinks that we just wanted to try and not worry if we didn't drink it all.

Cabin 4F

We chose to spend less on the cabin and have extra for the Cheers program. We used the cabin for sleeping and changing only. We didn't lounge in the cabin. WE did our lounging, coffee drinking, and sitting back on deck.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

We rented a small car and drove the entire island, which was fabulous. we stopped when we wanted

Progreso

WE had the best experience at this port. The $9.00 tour in town was very nice and informational. The people are extremely nice on port. We had lunch by the water, massage on beach and shopped and rushed back to the ship
