Cabin: Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

My wife & I are Diamond Plus members from Pittsburgh area and we were excited to check out this ship for the first time. Prior to arrival, we were notified that a Coast Guard inspection would be taking place. Boarding did not start until 12 noon. No big deal, Royal Caribbean provided seating and snacks until everyone could board.

Once onboard, we immediately went to the Solarium Bistro for lunch. Very good choice as it was not nearly as busy as the Windjammer. We walked into the Windjammer after lunch, and they were making announcements asking people to leave in order to make room for other guests...Moooooo

The only thing that didn't have a long wait was the Running Track. 2.9 laps = 1 mile...awesome for power walking as there are not as many turns as the other ships in which 4 laps = 1 mile. Trying to get a reservation for the North Star or the shows...forget it...book it in advance on the RCCL website...Moooooo

Cabin Review

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DO

Very clean, TV remote was broken. Instead of replacing it, we were given a lesson by the cabin steward on how to make it work
