I choose this cruise for the baltic experience but the service in the main dinning room was the worst i ever experienced and i have been on over 35+ cruises, with that being said the gym and the staff was very accomodating with all the cycling classes and fitness seminars etc. But what would the cruise experience be without the spa , the enclave was the highlight for my wife and myself we spent everyday relaxing especially after spending some very cold days at some of the destinations.the port stops were great but wasnt always accomodating, for example the cruise ship offered a paid shuttle bus at almost every port stop that should have and most of the time is offered as a courtesy with most other cruise lines.the entertainment was terrible maybe it was because the regal was in the baltic because when i sailed on the regal in 2015 new years almost everything was on point but i guess 3 years makes all the difference.

The cabin was great the large tv and bed was one of the bright spots on this cruise ship.
