My husband and I decided to go on our first cruise with Norwegian Cruises because we liked the fact that it was freestyle cruising and we loved all the ports it was stopping at.

We were not disappointed at all with this decision, we received excellent service while on our cruise. The staff were very friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to assist with whatever you need. Our room steward and all the restaurant staff were the ones who really stood out to us and made us feel special.

The food was top quality and we also enjoyed the entertainment such as the late night shows, our cruise director Richard Matik was very entertaining and fun as well. Read more
