We were disappointed by the way that we were treated from the first day to the next to the last. We were in an owners suite and were treated like we were in steerage. The only time that we were accorded the status that we paid for was the last day because we actually were escorted off the ship first without having to wait for everybody else.
Out of 28 dinners served, 26 were warm or cold.
Despite the fact that we ate breakfast in a specialty restaurant and had a special place for lunch, the only person on the ship who knew our name was the young woman who cleaned our room. The Concierge never visited our room, never stopped by our table at dinner, and never introduced himself to us,
When we walked into the stateroom, there was a bottle of Perrier on the table by the couch. We assumed that it was a welcoming gift. WRONG. We were billed and things went downhill from there. RCCI is selling low price room to their frequent travelers, giving them upgrades and then reselling the cheap rooms again again. Mediocre services, mediocre food, and mediocre entertainment is the best that I can say.
A boring 1 horse town
Nothing of value here
A small Spanish town not really worth visiting
An even smaller town with a Roman theater
