This was our 6th Celebrity cruise. The embarkation took 2 hours! The entertainment was below average and repetitive. Normally the music throughout the ship is professional but this trip it was horrible. We could not find one thing to do or listen to on a sea day. The educational programs were a joke. This was a Jazz theme cruise and they made no effort to incorporate more jazz into their programs except for a port day in New Orleans when we all were out at the Jazz fest. The food at the main dining room was mostly good with a few disappointing menu nights. What saved the cruise for us was the high quality of service we received across the ship. And the Murano and the Sushi on Five were incredibly good. Overall, the way the ship was managed shows that Celebrity is slipping in some areas. Maybe time for a look at Princess.........
