we have sailed with MSC before and always found them very good but well this ship although very beautiful is not for anyone sailing the Caribbean if your British or American it just does not cater for them ' Embarkation was smooth and no problem at all very quick the ship is very clean the cabin was excellent clean and well looked after . But there the niceties finish the crew pleasant curtious and helpful if they speak English lots of them dont I* asked for butter and the young lady could not understand the buffet was like a free for all with dirty hands over the food plates filled to top then food put back t there wear sort of queues but going no where as people pushed in kids everywhere push chairs prams and dirty tables mind you although the chouce was vast and varied most was tasteless cold and we3 found not good at all the deserts was repetitive the salads well greens greens and bit tomato to add colour the staff in Buffet was tired and not helpful at all mind you they serve breakfast lunch tea and dinner so they dont get much rest . The main restaurateur was bad the service like a fast MacDonald no finesse at all order starters main and desert same time with your drinks no waiting for other on table to be served just the food was to say least not well cooked not well served and a complete waste of time one night i was so hungry i asked for an omelette the waiter said no i said there is nothing i want on menu after a little argument he got permission for an omelette the tables wear never cleaned during meal crumbs everywhere the service was to say least was rubbish had better in a greasy spoon we3 have done over 20 cruises and as saide some with MSC but this was worst
