Cruise Director..Michaela was one of the best we've ever had
embarcation was worst ever ! RCCL needs to improve their secondary terminal in FLL. Got a sinus infection after walking 150 yards downpour to get to terminal. Completely drenched.
Diamond Lounge concierge (G) was outstanding!
