All started well and a great flight from Gatwick to Barbados, with an upgrade and flight on the Dreamliner the holiday started well.

Reaching Barbados and straight off the flight with a short journey straight to the ship, a disappointment not to see more of Barbados. An overnight cruise to St Lucia and day one of a nice sunny day although the island didn't really tick boxes. Another overnight cruise waking up in Antigua, a much nice port but after booking the bike ride which took all day and wasn't really worth the money straight back onto the boat without seeing much of the shops. Onto the 6 full days at sea crossing the Atlantic Ocean, not Pacific as one other couples review I've read, the Pacific which I cruised in 3 years ago was a far nicer experience. 2 days out of four were horrendous crossing the Atlantic, one night thinking we were going to be abandoning ship! I had my reservations of doing this crossing but didn't think for one moment it would be as bad as it was. 6 days at sea with very little to do even walking around the top deck in high winds was near on impossible. Once reaching Maderia I was wanting to kiss the ground, oh boy what a joy!!'t Another full day at sea and at last there sun bed gate where staff were preventing you from using the sunbeds on the top deck. Malaga, Ibiza and at last Palma and the very welcomed flight home.

I couldn't fault the staff who were always helpful and happy. I had a problem getting my head around an all inclusive holiday thinking all meant ALL!! Not on this cruise having to upgrade a drinks package at the cost of £160 which included more than just the house wine, water and coffee, absolute joke and it still didn't allow ALL wines!!
