The reason I chose this ship is that I had been on it before. I have never been treated as bad on any cruise as I was on this one.The cleaning crew closed the 11th floor for cleaning on the second day.They were rude and disrespectful.The next day they started cleaning the hot tub and was using sanders and they has masks on but there was fiberglass and dust floating everywhere,this was at 8:30 am.Then came Friday evening around 5.00 they closed the pools for cleaning.

The food was terrible at the buffet.If the food wasn't eaten that day it was served the next. It is bad when the best food was hotdogs from the deli.

The ship from day one was in bad shape,several of the elevators were broken.This cruise was for our 41 anniversary. I have never been on a ship this bad. This ship needs to be updated and the crew needs to be replaced.
